 This package is perfect for someone who needs a little extra guidance planning and setting up their superb engagement moment. 

Includes:

• Hold 2 prior meetings to discuss clients vision
• Provide list of photographers/videographers, possible rentals, and perfect locations
• Pick up of all décor and valuables from clients house
• Unlimited calls, texts and emails
• Set up and clean up of engagement space
• Drop off of all valuables after engagement session

 This package is perfect for someone who needs extra help in planning, setting up, and tearing down their party.  Parties can range from birthday's, bridal showers, baby showers, engagement parties, etc. 

Includes:

• Hold 2 prior meetings to discuss theme, details, vision and plan of action
• Pick up of all décor and valuables from clients house
• Set up of party at venue or clients house
• Be available during the entirety of the event to clean, fix décor, help with itinerary, etc.
• Tear down of all décor 
• Drop off of all valuables at clients house/meeting spot

 This package is for the DIY personnel that want to be present on their special day and not have to worry about setting up or being bothered throughout the day.  This package doesn’t typically start till 8-10 weeks in advance of the event.  Please book at your earliest convenience to ensure date availability. 

Includes:

• Supply packet with all nearby venues, florists, photographers/videographers, and rentals 
• Hold 2 meetings prior to event to discuss your ideal vision 
• Complete a walk thru with client of all day-of venue spaces
• Unlimited texts/emails and calls 
• Review all vendor contracts
• Contact all vendors for time of arrival, deliveries, set-up, tear down, return process, etc.
• Develop day-of timeline and distribute to all personnel 
• Be the point of contact for bridal party and vendors on day of event
• Solve any issues that may arise
• Develop proper venue layout
• Coordinate and supervise wedding rehearsal day
• Coordinate and supervise venue on event day  
• Preform set up and tear down of all décor at venue(s)
• Give all cues for procession, speeches and dances  
• Collect all valuables from featured clients and place in designated area/car at end of event
• Collect and return personal rentals
• Distribute gratuities to vendors
• Pack To-Go meal along with cake/dessert 
• Supply “Emergency Kit” for minor issues that arise
